In your own space, write a promo, manifesto or primer for your fave character, ship or fandom. Leave a comment in this post saying you did it. Include a link to your post if you feel comfortable doing so.
I'm trying to figure out what to do for it now, since it's hard to get together the energy to research and write something new lately. My mind seems to have gone to "IDK it's just good" when I try to decide why I like something. I have a few ideas I can kick around, though.
I can at least link a few I've done in the past:
The Greatest Treasure of All - Vyse/Aika/Fina ship manifesto for Skies of Arcadia. I posted this in 2008, I think, then lost it for a few years when I lost the journal, then found a copy in my e-mail and resubmitted it to the tumblr community after some updates. If I could rewrite the links to fan content I would, because there's a fair bit more out there now.
Rare Pairs and my commentary about why I seem to like them all so much.
Going on about an OTP (Barret/Tifa from FFVII in this case.)
Meta commentary about magic in FFVIII
Love Letters to Aliens (multifandom, more or less examining why I like xenophilia ,not entirely SFW.)
Promo for Valkyrie Profile (Released after playing VP:L and VP:S. I don't own the consoles to play anything newer.)
