Claude watches the snow fall. Post-game.

Claude watched the snow fall through the inn’s window. The snow-covered ground of El was softer than Princebridge, and the air smelled crisp and cold. It was calm, fresh and peaceful, just the way he remembered snowstorms as a child.

The peace wouldn't last. There were still monsters and bandits, ready to take advantage of the continent’s recovery. There would be fighting before night fell. The snow wouldn't stop them; it would most likely make them bolder.

He’d have to fight again soon. But for now he was happy breathing in the cold, crisp air, and watching the snow fall.
