Hello - I wanted to share a few more interests and a few more things that don't work as well for me for this exchange. I am very excited to see what you make for me! Also treats are always welcome!
(The one blanket note I have - which I don't think applies because I think it's already forbidden. No AI-generated stuff, please. The fun of this is seeing what other people can create. If I actually wanted to use procedural generation to create fanworks, I wouldn't spend so much time writing them.)
Smut likes:

**Inexperienced characters learning from more experienced characters, being allowed to explore new experiences/kinks. May or may not include lectures or demonstrations.
***Lovers who are basically able to accept their partners as they are, instead of being, well, jerks about things. Not to the point of enabling, but not shaming each other or treating each other badly.
A note for this challenge - I'm generally ok with adding in other kinks, as long as they, one, mix well with the ones that are requested, and two, aren't in the DNW list below.

I've played the original game and the Remake, and watched Advent Children. I'm probably not going to play Rebirth for several months, so no spoilers please. The other games, since they're pre-OGC, probably don't apply as much here, but feel free to have the mods send a question if you have a burning need to know if I'm familiar with another game in the series.
(For the last one, no, literally everyone doesn't have to have sex with everyone else as long as everyone's showing their love/appreciation for each other. No need to worry too much about the choreography.)

In terms of canon, as I said in the request, I'd prefer what happens in the Vault to either not have happened yet or to have been temporary (either he survived or came back somehow.)
(The in-universe fanfiction came from the idea that all three of them are known to the public, either as noblemen or important military figures, and Victorian erotica is a thing IRL and probably there's a fictional counterpart of it in Ishgard. They probably change the names for deniability purposes, but I think the three of them could tell it's them when they find it.)

Thoughts: I don't have as many plot ideas for these two but I liked their dynamic as soon as I saw it and would love to see something about them being competitive and awesome together. In bed.

Thoughts: Another dynamic I really enjoyed. I'd prefer not to have one single character be the one all the bad stuff happens to, and would prefer not to have just one person loved by three other people who don't really care about each other. I have a few ideas to talk about what I mean:
- One or more of the guys are... maybe not virgins but at the very least haven't gotten any for a long time, and a more-experienced Saeko takes control of the situation to make sure everyone has fun.
- The other three insist on feats of strength by Adachi, who insists he's getting too old for this (but doesn't mind doing it anyway.)
- Makeovers. (Maybe someone gets a particular job and the others have to help them get ready and it turns sexy. Bodyguard, Idol and Host/Hostess are the first that come to mind but a lot of them would work.)
- An argument happens - maybe two people disagree on something and pull the others into it - and then after they get it out of their system they make up. In bed.
